- Ensure all pets are secured indoors or away from the work area during service.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to adhere to agreed-upon service schedules. Inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may necessitate rescheduling, and we will endeavor to provide timely notification. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. All payments are due as specified. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts. Pricing for services is subject to change with prior notice.
5. Guarantees and Limitations of Liability
We commit to performing our services with professional skill and care. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours to address your concerns. Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
6. Property Damage
While we take utmost care, accidents can occur. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the service area, or for unflagged irrigation heads, shallow utility lines, or landscaping features that are not visible or were not specifically brought to our attention prior to service. Please report any potential damage immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of our online platform (powerplantlandscaping.com) are and will remain the exclusive property of Power Plant Landscaping Services and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
